- Does adding a bill by hand use a scan?
- No. Scans are only used when our AI reads a photo, screenshot or PDF for you.
- Can I scan documents on the Free plan?
- Yes — Free includes 5 AI scans every month, plus the full Safe to Spend breakdown. Go Plus for 100 scans a month, unlimited items and the cancel assistant.
- Are my uploads stored?
- No. A document is read once to pull out the details you confirm, then discarded. Only the bill you save is kept.
- How does the yearly plan work?
- Pay once for 12 months and get 20% off — €47.90 a year instead of €59.88. VAT is added at checkout.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Profile → Plan and billing. You keep Plus until the period ends.
- Do you sell my data?
- Never. A document you scan is read once to extract the details you confirm, then not stored — and we never sell your data.
