What we collect

  • · Your email address and, if you give one, your name.
  • · The bills, renewals, income and balances you enter or confirm.
  • · Documents you upload are read once to extract details — the document itself isn't stored.

What happens to a document you scan

  • · A document you upload or photograph is read once, on our servers, to pull out the amount, date and vendor.
  • · The document itself is not stored — only the structured item you confirm and save is kept.
  • · Reading happens server-side, never in your browser, and never with keys exposed to the client.

What the AI sees

  • · Extraction happens on our servers, never in your browser, and never with keys exposed to the client.
  • · The model receives only the document you uploaded, and returns structured fields you review before anything is saved.
  • · We never ask a model whether you can afford something. Every money calculation is done in our own code.

How long we keep it

  • · Items and settings stay until you delete them or close your account.
  • · Documents you scan aren't kept, so there's nothing to retain or delete — only the items you save.
  • · Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Your rights

  • · Export everything you've stored from Profile → Export my data.
  • · Ask for correction or erasure at privacy@dues.world.
  • · We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your documents to train models.
