Using DUE
You need an account, and you're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. You must be at least 16 years old, and you agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access anyone else's data.
What DUE is not
DUE is an organiser, not a bank, lender, accountant or financial adviser. Nothing in the app is financial advice. Safe to spend is a calculation based on the numbers you give us — always check before making a decision that matters.
Accuracy of extraction
When you upload a document, our AI suggests fields for you to review. You confirm every value before it is saved. We can't guarantee an extraction is complete or correct, so please check amounts and dates.
Your content
Your documents and financial records remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them and process them so the service works. We don't use them to train models.
Plans and payment
The free plan includes 5 AI scans a month and 25 active tracked items. Plus adds more, billed monthly, cancellable at any time. Paid plans are not yet enabled; when they are, prices are shown before you pay.
Availability
We aim to keep DUE running smoothly but can't promise uninterrupted service. Reminders are a helpful nudge, not a guarantee of delivery — you're responsible for paying your own bills.
Ending your account
You can stop using DUE at any time and request deletion from Profile, or by emailing support@dues.world. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes
If we change these terms materially we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
